Room Request Form

Please enter the details of your room request in the form below and select a date and time for your event. Once you have entered all items, you may submit the form and it will be emailed to our office. Please allow sufficient time for our office to review your request. We may need more details before we reserve your room. Please all sufficient time for your request to be reviewed.

All functions of First Methodist Church Alcoa will take a priorety over outside group room usages. We reserve the right to modify your request if needed. All outside groups will be required to provide a Certifiacte of Insurance listing First Mehtodist Church Alcao as an additional insured. Please contact our business adminstrator if there are questions on this requirement.
